My Approach to Therapy

Psychotherapy is a multidimensional process that combines scientific knowledge, clinical experience and the therapeutic relationship. The therapeutic relationship is central to my work, providing a stable foundation of safety and support, particularly when difficult or complex material emerges.

I work from an integrative and relational perspective, seeking to understand each person as a whole, within the context of their personal history and the systems of relationships in which they are involved.

The therapeutic process aims not only to alleviate symptoms, but also to foster new experiences that support emotional regulation, relational flexibility, authentic self-expression and a greater sense of personal freedom.

A Multidimensional Perspective
My approach integrates different perspectives for understanding the human experience, which complement each other throughout the therapeutic process.

Somatic Psychotherapy Perspective

Human experience is approached as a dynamic connection between body, emotion and thought. Therapeutic work includes awareness of bodily experience, recognising the body as an important source of information, expression and personal resources.
