About me
I am a psychotherapist with 11 years of clinical experience in the field of mental health, specialising in psychotherapeutic support for adolescents, adults and parents.
My professional experience has been shaped through work in private practice, school settings, and child protection and family support services.
My clinical perspective has been shaped by my academic background in Psychology, Child Psychology, Forensic Psychiatry and Sociology, as well as by training in different psychotherapeutic approaches that enrich the way I understand and work with the human experienc
My approach to therapy
For me, therapy is a collaborative process in which the individual is not a passive recipient, but an active participant in their own process of change. The difficulties we experience, the patterns we repeat, and the ways in which we relate to ourselves and others are shaped by our relationships, personal history, and the broader context of our lives.
My aim is to create a safe and stable therapeutic framework in which each person can develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences, process the difficulties they are facing, and develop greater psychological flexibility and more authentic ways of connecting with themselves and others.
How Therapy Can Help
People seek therapeutic support at different stages of their lives — when they are facing difficulties, going through periods of change, or wanting to better understand themselves and their relationships.
Psychotherapy provides a safe space for understanding, processing, and gradual change through the therapeutic relationship. It can be helpful in experiences and difficulties such as:
